I have been waiting on a package I ordered as a Christmas gift with plenty of time to receive it only to find out it sat in NJ so far from 18th-26th and no idea when it will ever get to my state before the person leaves it was intended for. WORSE SHIPPING TIME EVER!! I watched Amazon packages have precedence over others and they don't deserve to be pushed ahead of other packages!!! Will be using UPS in 2021!

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
