My package was paid for a 2 day delivery which was sent out on Monday Dec 21 at 3:10 pm. It was supposed to arrive on Wed the 23rd. Why did I pay for 2 day priority if it wasn't delivered in 2 days. I am sorry but people expect things to be delivered when they are supposed to be. It should not be sitting in the Rochester distribution center for 3 days and not moving. Shame on you all.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
