I am very upset. I mailed my pkg from upton mass. To irasburg Vermont. It was sent to Desmond, Iowa. I understand if you have been overloaded with mail but to send it half way across the country is ridiculous. Why not send it to a warehouse within the 2 states? This was an important pkg to my son who was unable to come home for Christmas d/t the pandemic. He spent it alone without any gifts from his family members here in Massachusetts. Still has not recieved it and it left the Upton post office december 24th. Arrived in Ohio December 21st. I have know idea where it is as of today December 36th. Just said it is in transit to next destination. Does not tell you what place is next. Sad

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
