I mailed 2 packages 18 December using Priority Mail. One package was sent to Statesville, NC and the other to Jonesboro, AR. From Central Texas. The package to NC arrived on about the estimated time. The package to AR, which was to be delivered 21 December, STILL hasn't arrived. It has been sitting in Memphis since 23 December after coming from Nashville. So much for the bomb excuse. WHERE is the package? WHEN do you expect to deliver it? WHY is it taking more than a week for Priority Mail to be delivered? I have always preferred to send mail and packages through the USPS, but it may have come to using FEDEX or UPS. I am extremely disappointed and upset. I could have delivered the same package myself in less time and with just a few more dollars in gas money than I paid for the postage, plus I could have seen the people it was sent to. The Postal Service had better do something to improve or continue to lose customers.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
