Where are my packages? Mailed on 12/15/20 out of NYC. Still showing in NJ distribution center! My grandchild had NO gifts for Christmas because my daughter is not working!! I am going to file a $2,000 claim for my 2 boxes! However it can never replace the live and disappointment for my kids!! This is Unacceptable! Going to the Post Office for help was No Help! They told me to go online and file a claim or call NJ distribution center! I am ready to drive to NJ and request my2 boxes! Someone please put up the NJ distribution center address! If I get my boxes I’ll be happy and mail them by FED EX!

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
