4 packages sent on 12/17/2020 2-day priority with scheduled delivery 12/21/2020. NONE have been delivered and the only information I can get from the tracking numbers is that they are late arriving (no kidding) but are still on their way. I don’t have any idea where any of them are! Of note- in-laws sent us a package from TX also on 12/17/2020 and it arrived to us in PA on 12/21/2020. Will be using UPS from now on.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
