I’m very disappointed in the usps. This is the first time in my four years of shipping gifts has the post office failed this miserably in delivering packages. I’m disappointed that as a customer I’m asked to pay this expensive shipping rate and told a delivery date only to find out that my package is no where near it’s intended point. I’m not going to be given a refund and my soldier did not receive any items. USPS please get this system together.i along with many others have tried to be supportive but this has gotten very ridiculous of late. If we as customers are going to have to pay for your service of delivery then please hold up your end of the deal and get our paid parcel to where it needs and when you said it would be there. If not please look into changing prices and shipping timelines to make it better reflect what we as customers are actually seeing in this service.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
