I have had a package lost and not one person from the usps helped in anyway other than letting me know they had seen it in the back but miraculously was not there anymore. Now I ordered a package that was supposed to arrive before Christmas that is stuck in transit and I can’t get any response. I see why people refuse to deal with usps. Maybe someone should take accountability for not doing their job efficiently and stop handing out every excuse imaginable to pardon them for not doing the job they are paid to do. Get it together usps. You’ve become as bad as FedEx and that’s saying something.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
