Because of your delivery of mail, I got a late charge on my credit card. It took you 8 days to deliver it. They let it pass this time. I mailed this month's Bill priority mail which cost me $7.77. It went out January 4th. Today is the 9th, and it's in Illinois. Took 4 days to get there. Suppose to go to N.C. I pray it gets there by The 11th, or I will be penalized again. Also, with packages, you say "can't find us" or "tried to deliver ". Don't believe any of it. You are up and down our road at least 3 times a week, even to our next door neighbor. We all have the same address except a different house number. Is it laziness, incompetence? Shameful.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
