Keep up the good work! We continue to be satisfied with USPS service and our daily interactions with Postal Mail Carriers and at our local Post Office. In heavier use times, there are lines at the Post Office and packages take longer around the holidays. That’s life. All packages have been delivered all across the country. A few have taken longer and a few have arrived early. So, all together, we totally support our postal service and do not want to see it reduced, disbanded or replaced.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
