I won’t give the usps a half star. I mailed packages a month ago and they are still not delivered. One package was left at the Ocoee post office on December 21 and when I track it , it says it is sitting at the Winter Garden post office. It hasn’t even left Florida. When I asked the post office about it they said they can only go by what is on the computer. I hope these very incompetent people aren’t expecting raises any time soon!! What a joke. I hade to give them some kind of star or it wouldn’t let me submit by review. They deserve nothing!!!!!

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
