Here in Sun City AZ I absolutely love the mail delivered right to my door. The postal delivery people are wonderful. I will say that up to 85 percent of my sent and received mail is on time. I have a problem with packages that arrive pretty beat up, and rarely deivered on the promised date. Why are so many activities being accompanied in outer space but mail cannot be delivered in a timely fashion and at a a at a reasonable rate? Also, why isn't there a lost item division of th post office since the local post offices leave you helpless after they get your money?

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
