I worked at the Post Office for many years and I never heard of accountable mail (certified with return receipt)being delayed for the period of time this letter has. I mailed it on 12-08-2020.tracking says it arrived in Washington DC on 12-14-2020. What is the problem? I would like a response.This letter contained checks to the Alzheimers Association and was supposed to have funds matched if received by the end of December. People who donated in memory of my husband(deceased) are wondering why their check hasn't cleared. I'm hoping they don't have the check stopped. It's not a wonder the post office is losing business! My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
