Mail has been okay but packages have been extremely late in delivery some damages due to rough handling the biggest issue is lack of communication to the public about USPS and how they are handling issues of illnesses loss of employees due to Covid, utilizing other companies to assist with delivery and mail centers being backed up how they will clear up the delays in the mail sorting centers, are they hiring temps to assist with the backups sorting delivery and cover routes. This information would go along ways to help everyone understand, calm down, and maybe even put in applications for part time temp positions.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
