I sent a package to a known address. It was scanned insufficient address. The recipient went to the local post office with the tracking number to obtain the package. Today the package has been sent to another center to be returned. I am not happy with the service rendered. After the recipient went to his local PO the supervisor should have found the package from the carrier and held it for pickup. Terrible service! No wonder the PO continues to loss money. Note: I retired from the PO in 2012.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
