I understand the pandemic has the system overwhelmed. But really, I sent a box to my daughter in las Vegas, NV early in December 2020 for Christmas. I sent it priority 2 to 3 days. At a cost of $40.xX. My daughter never got her box. No one could find it either. I even called the post office in Las Vegas, they said it had been delivered. I got the box returned to me, about 2 weeks after Christmas. I was very upset. I had to rewrap the box again and resend it, had to pay another $40. She got the box, finally... 2 days late. I think the post office should have sent it free of charge the 2nd time. Or reimbursed me the 1st $40.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
