We have sent many packages to my sister in law in KY. She's in a rehabilitation center. They're almost always a little late by a day or 2. But, this time it's ridiculous. We sent a box out on 22 January 21. 2 to 3 day priority mail. It's been 9 days and no one can find her box. When we check the tracking info, it says it is in transit. What's the problem with you people? Can't anyone who works for the postal service do their job right? Or is it that y'all just don't want to or don't care about the customers. I for 1 am fed up with all the crapy service we the public have to put up with!!!

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
