The package has been shipped on the 26th of January and it is now 2.1.21. It has been more than 3 days for a 2nd day package delivery. This is the worst before the service I have endure with the usps. I paid for a service that was not renderer and a refund should be given back to the person that ship the package to me. Better oversize must be required, if if replacement is needed...training and development is a major issue as well as following up on employees performance. This action requires a corrective action at all levels. Totally unexceptable!

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
