I filed 2-passport applications on Oct. 17th, 2020 for my minor, Grandchildren of whom I have parental custody. On December 11, 2020 I received a letter stating that the Passport Office in Virginia needed "certified" birth certificates for both children. The birth certificates originally sent WERE certified with the Michigan County's Watermark on them (not a raised seal). So I explained the process to them and they asked me to resend them along with a letter explaining the conflict which I did on December 11th, 2020. I still have not received either the passports or a confirmation that the Passport Office in Virginia received them because, after tracking them today. My second correspondence is STILL IN TRANSIT!! and now is at the Dulles Distribution Center as of January 27th!!! It's this second correspondence that's holding-up completion of the passports. I understand that the Covid19 pandemic has severely hindered the Postal Service. But, waiting for these passports from Oct 17, 2020 to Feb 1, 2021...and I still don't have them is ridiculous.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
