Terrible, terrible service. Certified mail sent on 1/19/2021 to Philadelphia. Shows that as of 2/1/2021 in transit to next facility. Map still shows it as being still in the Richmond, Va. facility. I paid to have it there before now and very upset. Should have sent it by other means but too much money just to send to Philadelphia. Should close these facilities or get better help. I know the USPS big shot did away with alot of outside boxes and cut back on employees, etc but the customers should be shown better respect than this. Would have rated it with no star if there had been a Zero star icon.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
