Poor Management or Lazy? My 80 yrs old Mom had to drive to my post office to pick up the package she had purchased for me to deliver it to my house because they said it was too big. That was only a 170 mile trip for her. She picked it up in her Prius! package 6’x6”x6”. long but slender. Should have fit in the postal vehicle easily. I had numerous packages that I ordered not be delivered and I’ve had to go to the post office to get them which is a 30 mile round trip. Not big packages! Usps is being paid to deliver these packages and are not doing their job!

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
