I don't know HOW there are 3 star and under ratings: these people have never used UPS or Fed Ex, obviously. Fed Ex threatened to send a package back if I weren't home (on their time) to sign, UPS dropped my things off at my parents house in plastic bags 2 weeks after they went AWOL. USPS has always been SUPER helpful, almost always kind if not simply cordial, or politely kurt at worst. MANY- I'd estimate 30%-60% of my packages have arrived EARLY, maybe 15% at most late, so by my calculations- that works out better than perfect. All of these experiences let me know that it's okay when- once every year or two, every few dozen parcels- things aren't running the smoothest, because I know they're doing their best. Plus affordable prices, and insurance? I've had employees go OUT of their way to help me package things before and make it work. Thank you, USPS, for keeping my life moving.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
