Mailed a flat rate box on 10 Feb 2021. Box was received in Chicago on 11 Feb 2021, it’s now 22Feb2021 family in Chicago has not received the box. So how can we get UPS or Amazon to take over the United States postal service? Imagine if these postal workers had to work under the supervision of one of these companies. Yes they would have to work or get fired! Amazon is incredible at what they do . Just a thought from a frustrated customer

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
