I rate USPS MINUS 10 out of 10. Is sent my grandson his birthday present from Grove City, OH and paid extra to have it delivered in 2 days. I mailed the package on February 11th and it was to arrive on February 13th. I assumed even if delayed the present would arrive before his Birthday which was February 21st. My receipt stated the package would arrive February 13th. Today is February 25th and the pa large still has not been delivered. When I look on line it says the package is in transit. USPS owes me money for paying extra for 2 day delivery, an apology, and likely a insurance claim for my lost goods. I went to the post office and shared my situation and they were ZERO Help! I should have used Fedex! I had to give a star to make this go through. I only gave them 1 star because there was no minus 10 star!

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
