I sent a certified piece of mail on Feb16,2021 and it is still in Transit. Seriously postal workers are paid very well compared to a lot of other jobs. I was told it should be there like 3 days from the time I mailed and now we are over 2 weeks. What gives? This is important mail and I needed the work returned to me immediately . The only reason I am giving this one star is because the starting post office employee is Always awesome and efficient!!! Get it together!!

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
