It boggles my mind to think that a package I sent to Chicago went to Chicago and then was sent to New Jersey for whatever reason. The tracking information says it is in transit, but I have no assurance that it’s headed back to its destination in Chicago. The package contains a handmade item for a baby, and the work that went into this item took hours to complete. I will be livid if it is one of those items in the mail that becomes “lost in transit," for it is irreplaceable!

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
