In all honesty I would like to have given a 0 star rating. I paid extra to have return signed confirmation & tracking only to find out that after a week that my letter should have been delivered that it hadn't even left for the state ot was to go to but only 50 miles away at the first stop on it's route. I'm so tired if the Corona virus excuse at this point. And, even though I went back to the Post Office that I sent it from they couldn't tell me why it had only gone 50 miles in a week? Seriously? Not acceptable..

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
