This is getting beyond ridiculous. I have order things on Amazon, they send out by USPs and then it stalls, somewhere. Happening way too many times lately. Then you call support and get the same answer I can see on the tracking number. Duh!!! I want to know the exact location the package is at, that I paid for. Can not get an answer. Just crazy and get a runaround. Do better post office. Wonder why people do not want to use your service.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
