I track my packages because of all the missed deliveries and having them sit somewhere in a warehouse. Several times I had contacted the Postal Service because of these issues. The neighbors have all complained about the same issues. The latest incident in our group of mailboxes a package was said on the ground. It appeared to be a broken up box. Come to find out it had liquids and it was a type of bleach liquid that ended up all over the ground. A neighbor did not realize what it was and stepped in it. Got into their car and it ruined their floor mats in the vehicle. I feel that this could’ve been handled better with the leaking package. When I was told about it, I mentioned to them I saw the same thing. So it wasn’t just one person‘s word, others have seen this box laying there.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
