Worst customer service. They have the government mentality, ( Our customers don't matter. We get paid Whether we do or job or not.) I've switched all my billing to email billing. Because of the unreliable delivery standards. But sometimes I'm unfortunate. That is when, a company uses the Post Office instead of fedex or UPS to deliver a package. With a slogan like this. (Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds.) You would think they were the best. In our area there the best at being the worst.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
