This one star is well above the rating deserved! The lack of movement from the Denver Post Office is absolutely pathetic. To pay $45 plus to have a parcel shipped/tracked and yet zero movement in 11 days shows a once vibrant well oiled machine has been sabotaged by the upper management...[removed sorting machines- reduction of overtime- reduction of hiring qualified workers - short staffing of units ].not with standing Covid-19 issues....what gives?????? The Postal Service has let America down since you know who took over. Post Masters should know how the P.O. works...not guess !

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
