Absolutely so upset and my sister too with this company. My sister that lives in Marietta /Atlanta Ga.put me a copied key to my car that I just back without the keys that was stolen in the mail Thursday that she paid for overnight delivery which was suppose to be to me in Augusta Ga by 3pm on Friday.Today is Sunday night and the key is still not here and the tracking # and all the postal people involved do not know where or when it will be here.Tracking # and them by computers says its still saying its still in process in Atlanta and in transit to its location.Not to mention I need the key to get my car of of the towing/storage that's costing me everyday. Terrible service-Do Not Recommend

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
