The USPS in Juana Diaz PR are very irresposible. My wife send a package from Florida last week. It got to Juana Diaz accirding to the tracking number on tuesday around 14.14 and is friday and my friend havent recieved the package yet. They went to the post office and they do not know what happened to it. Very irresponsible. We need to know what happened and return the money that we pay for the delivery. Thank you very much. My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
