I sent a package to Africa on 4/1/21 and it still hasn't reached its destination. I just checked again and it still says it left Cincinnati on the 14th. Then nothing since. Its should not take 16 days to get from one side of the USA to the other...well Cincinnati! It hasn't even made it all the way across the US. I could of driven my package to one of the eastern states and shipped it from there, and already driven home already, in the time its taken it to get where it is. This is the last time I will use the USPS to send anything!!!

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
