Late often...tracking is not live like UPS or FedEx. Tracking info is “where package should be” however it is never scanned again once it leaves the original place of pickup then not again till delivered to end user. Also, the logistical routes are terrible. It is not setup properly for best route but instead a location drop and pick up...a package could start 30 minutes from your home but due to the route map it ends up hitting areas hours away and then making it back to the local post office for delivery.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
