Have package saying it was to be delivered today in Louisiana, tracking number shows it is still in Texas. Third time in a month. One pkg that was delivered stated it was delivered to the hand of resident, it had been shoved in to our mailbox....box inside package busted open all over inside of package. It was obvious that it took some work to make it fit in the mailbox. Hate to give a one star rating needs to be a negative side would give -5

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
