Terrible service. My certified letter left Windsor, Colorado on Thursday April 22, 2021 to arrive in Conroe, Texas. It has been "In Transit" from the Houston hub since Monday April 26. Distance is approx 55 miles. It is now Monday May 3rd, 2021 and the letter doesn't show received at the Conroe hub or it's Final destination. A CERTIFIED LETTER even. Actually, I kind of expected this POOR SERVICE. It is not the first time.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
