The United Postal Service delivery department, honestly needs a completely new upgrade. An upgrade in delivery and a complete upgrade in Communications. Their have been a number of occasions recently that I've not received my package on the scheduled delivery date, have not received any update status explanation other than it's in transit (for multiple days, without any real updated status information) or I've just simply never received a package at all. I'm completely disappointed with the United States Postal Service. A complete upgrade is surely needed for the greatest Country in the world, I expected much better service and or Communication.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
