If I could give a zero rating I would. I shipped an international package on May 1st . I have tried tracking it and the last update was May 5th. All it says is in transit. I have no idea where my package is and after paying the ridiculous price of $115 to ship this I should know. All I get from the post office is SORRY....we can't tell where it is and for me that is just not good enough. Today is May 11 and I still don't know if its even left my town where I shipped it from. Its really disappointing that a 14 lb box that's missing is for a girl turning 18... So IF I ever ship again I will use another shipping carrier.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
