ON WEDNESDAY AT 10A.M., PAID $26.35 FOR A LETTER FOR OVERNIGHT FROM REDLANDS TO PHOENIX. WAITED IN LINE FOR ALMOST AN HOUR. IT WENT OVERNIGHT TO SAN BERNARDINO. AT 10 AM THURSDAY IT IS STILL IN SAN BERNARDINO. GUARANTEE WAS FOR BY 3PM THURSDAY 5/13/2021 TO PHOENIX.

I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
