I'm never paying for priority shipping again. Consistently, my packages do not arrive when they're supposed to. This time, my daughter's birthday present has not arrived. And her birthday has come and gone, despite the fact I opted to pay the higher price for priority shipping so it would arrive the day before her birthday. In my experience, priority shipping has no meaning. Waste of money. It's being treated the same as the lowest form of shipping, so just pay the cheaper price.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
