My package was supposed to be at my house on March 31, 2021 by 8 pm. Today isMay15, 2021 still havent received it! Called USPS twice but no response yet. Called my congressmen (Ruppersburger) no one got back to me for 2 weeks and his Balto staff acted as if I was a bother very rude. So we voters pay the salary of the congressmen and staff to have them treat us rudely and ignore us. The same with the post office we pay them to deliver our Christmas cards in the middle of Jan or get our BGE bill a month and a half late.There is no excuse for either of these people who work for us to do their job as they do and with the arrogence they do it.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
