I really don't know how the USPS is going to stay in business. They have become totally incompetent and irrelevant for a long time. Now, USPS either does not deliver what you ordered (if you are lucky enough to get your package even 6 months later) or USPS delivers to wrong address in another state! The USPS is the worst! I had to give 1 star, but they do not even deserve 1 star! AWFUL - use another mail delivery is what I'm going to do in fuure.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
