I have being receiving shipments from Florida in a weekly basis for 10 years, which I pay to USPS $82.00 each for 3 day service, minimum 2 boxes and up to 6 boxes per week . Lately they are taking up to 23 days but never get the service I paid for. at this moment I have 6 shipments that are late, one of them from may 3 which was sent to Guam and then to Hawaii instead to Puerto Rico definitely I'm looking for other ways that my suppliers can ship me because I'm looking bad to my costumers. Also customer service at my Post Office is bad , rude employees and unwilling to help. This being said i think I will not use USPS anymore. I know I lost my time writing this review, but at least I express my situation although nobody is interested in doing nothing about it. last year I paid USPS more than $ 20,000.00 in shipping. That will not happen anymore.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
