Poor n unreliable service Missing items when box got to it's destination.. we file claim up till now from last year NOTHING NO WORD ON THE CLAIM ,,so sad it's the only affordable way for me to send gifts for love one... I'm also afraid to list items in box I just sent last week.. gift for my cousin anniversary I think that's how the us postal service employees has knowledge of box contents.. like a temptation or open invitation for them to take... And it's a NORM now for some of us postal service employees they got away so many times

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
