In ending I want to tell all of yous that one of your very wonderful Staff members name Ray that's a Post Office Clerk # 15 at the Rincon 1099 S Pantano Road in Tucson, AZ 85710 was very very Professional Helpful and very very Caring when I walked into the above to request them to mail my very important letter First CLASS which Mr Ray processed in a very short time and yes I was very pleased with his very Professional Help and yes he had very very Excellent Communication Skills and he knows and loves his job so very much too ok smile. Now last of all both of us say that Post Office Clerk Ray is a very very Positive Representative for the USPS Store stated above day in and day out ok take. My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
