I am very impressed that we can still send a letter anywhere in the United States for 59 or 60 cents now I think they've it went up but anyway everybody at my local post office and any post office that I've ever had in the cities that I lived in have been so kind and so knowledgeable and helpful especially Dale at the Hastings Minnesota post office and I'm just getting to know the new people at Inver Grove Heights Minnesota it's very easy to use their site to track packages and customer service is always available I'm thankful for the US post office so I hope it never stops

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
