You all need to update your location to location tracking so people know where there stuff is and when it's going be delivered.when I order stuff and it goes through usps I never know when I'm gonna get it the tracking stay tracking only in town it was sent from so I figured its still there so week later shows up and if big pkg its at door and gets rained on and thats not good if I new day and time I could plan on being here or have neighbors get it if it's going be raining we have post office that only stays open till noon and well most people work 7a to 5pm around here so makes it hard to pick up at store

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
