This company has lost my 2 pair of UGGz and giving me the run around. I truck pulls up in front of in front of my house, looks for my package for about 10 minutes and pulls off without giving it to me but sends me a message it has been delivered. I called UPS over 8 times. I was told and assured by Sherry a supervisor in the Durham, NC office they would retrieve my package that was delivered to the WRONG address 2 Freedom Court. Then she tells me two days later they can’t retrieve the package and I have to call back on the 800 number to file a claim which will take 3-4 weeks. I called 800 # and it said the agents can’t file for me I have to go online. Went online it won’t except my tracking #!!! What the F… is going on? I want my 2 pair of UGGZ! NOW

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
