Today makes it one week since I placed an order. The tracking # was pretty much avaliable later that day. For a week now all I see when tracking is "IN TRANSIT" yet I've gotten no assistance at all. I'm told it's covid, we're understaffed. Yet Amazon makes 95% of their delivery. And lastly getting to actually talk to a human being at the post office is just a tad harder then calling the IRS. It's time to turn the USPO over to the private sector! Even with a trace # I received from the PO they still can't tell me where my package is. Sad...

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
